Happy Monday

This is what we saw when we looked out the back this morning. Both ends of the rainbow in our little valley. That has to a good sign. This is not the first time we have seen a rainbow here. We actually see them quite frequently. When we were driving into the valley(on our roadtrip here) from Flagstaff, there was a rainbow(another good sign). Nice double rainbow when we were at the skatepark a couple weeks ago(why didn't I have the camera?)

I will make sure I never tire or take for granted these beautiful sights.

Hey Sarah,

Love the pics !

I think what I like best about your new location is how close you are to Sedona and that you go there just to do everyday things. People come from all over the World to see Sedona (and the Grand Canyon) and you go there to swim or see the movies and then you go home. That's so cool !!

I am curious where your boys go to school. Is the school in Camp Verde or Sedona ?

Also, what is Blacksmithing ? Not sure what this is....horseshoes ?

: )

I know how you feel about the Big 'ol Yellow bus.

My oldest is off to Kindergarten at the end of the month. We will be dropping her off in the morning but she will take a Big 'ol Yellow bus back in the afternoon.

We are freaking out about that and the school is close by.

Didn't we used to walk to school ?

I really like being close to Sedona, but far enough away to stay away from the constant tourism. Sometimes I need the crowds, but for short spurts!

The boys go to school in Camp Verde. It is about a ten minute car ride. They were fine on the bus after geting through the first day, so I am feeling much better about the whole thing.

They started wrestling after school today, so I will pick them up after that from now on.

Blacksmithing is working with steel, heating it in a forge, and shaping it with a hammer and anvil. Sort of like horseshoes, but more decorative stuff, like spirals. I made some pretty cool letter openers in the past. I am planning on combining my felted wool pieces with some wrought iron work. I would also like to do some furniture.

Firts day of kindergarten!! Don't forget the tissues :) Miss G. will be fine on the bus-it is you two that will be wrecks.
